Oilfield Logic’s parts store is built on a deep understanding of that producers and operators need reliable parts, accurate listings, and fast fulfillment. Here is how we accomplish that challenge in the upstream oil and gas space.

How We Acquire Parts

We source our parts through a combination of auction purchases and direct liquidation opportunities from oil and gas companies across the industry. Many companies approach us when they need to offload surplus inventory, and we make competitive offers to acquire quality parts. This is in part how we are able to list our parts for such a competitive price point as well as offering our pricing guarantee.

In addition to reactive buying, our role as an oilfield service company gives us an edge in sourcing. We have a dedicated purchasing agent who focuses on tracking down the parts our customers need, from industry-standard components to hard-to-find items across multiple manufacturers and markets.

How We List Parts

Once parts are in our hands, our team goes to work cataloging them for resale. We identify and document all known specs and manufacturer information and capture 360-degree photos and video walkthroughs to provide complete visual transparency. We then add detailed descriptions, including notes on condition, compatibility, and part history if available.

Though our listings are crafted to answer the questions customers are likely to have, we always offer additional support via phone or email.

How We Fulfill Orders

When a customer reaches out through our parts store on oilfieldlogic.com, our team goes to work on getting details for shipping and to confirm availability. From there we finalize logistics and shipping methods, handle any documentation such as sales tax forms, and package and ship the part directly to the customer’s site or warehouse.

Our goal is to make the buying process as smooth and reliable as possible while giving quality customer service.
